In accordance with the provisions of articles 9 and second paragraph of article 10 of Law 18,045, as well as in General Rule No. 30 of said Superintendence, by means of the present, it is communicated as an essential fact with respect to the Company, its businesses, its public offer securities or the offer thereof, The following:
The Board of Directors of the Company, in an ordinary meeting held on this same date, has unanimously agreed to distribute the sum of Ch$17,535,000,000, on account of the profits of the year 2022, as a provisional dividend.
In view of the foregoing, the Company’s 38th interim dividend will amount to $17,535 per share and will be payable as of December 21, 2022.
