From our consideration:
In accordance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712, in connection with Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045, being duly empowered for this purpose and on behalf of Club de Golf Huinganal S.A., I hereby inform as an essential fact that the Board of Directors of our company received the resignation of Mrs. Alma Pulgar Jara from her position as General Manager. The Board of Directors unanimously accepted the resignation of Mrs. Alma Pulgar, and thanked her for her work throughout her career at the Club.
It is also informed that, as of May 9, 2023, Mr. Alejandro Leiva Godoy has assumed the position of General Manager of Club de Golf Huinganal S.A..
