From our consideration:
By means of the present, and by virtue of the provisions of article 18″ of the Law N*
20.712, Article 9″ and second paragraph of Article 10? of Law N* 18.045, and duly
authorized by the Board of Directors of Larrain Vial Activos S.A. Administradora General de Fondos
(the “Administrator”), I inform you, as an essential fact with respect to the
Administrator, the following:
At the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the HPH ll Investment Fund (the “Fund”), held
On May 16, 2022, it was agreed:
i. Approval of the annual account for the management of the Fund by its company
and the Fund’s financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2004.

ii. Approval of the reports presented by the Fund’s external auditors,
KPMG.
iii. Approval of the annual account of the Supervisory Committee.
iv. The appointment of the members of the Supervisory Committee, thus, the Supervisory Committee will

That the expenditure budget for the Supervisory Committee amounts to 200 U.F.,
until the celebration of the next Ordinary Assembly of Contributors.
The designation of PKF as the Fund’s external audit firm
for the financial year 2022.
The designation of Analytics Lab as the firm of valuators
independent of the Fund for the financial year 2022.
Finally, the other necessary agreements were adopted to implement the
decisions taken by the Ordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors.
