I am pleased to inform you that the board of directors of Larraín Vial Activos S.A. Administradora
General de Fondos (the “Administrator”), agreed to summon an extraordinary meeting of
contributors to the Inversiones Hoteleras Investment Fund (the “Fund”) to be held on the day
December 5, 2022 at Avenida El Bosque Norte 0177, 4th floor, Las Condes commune,
Santiago, at 11:00 a.m., in order to deal with the following matters:
1.
To pronounce on an amendment to Title VIl “Contributions and Valorization of
Quotas”, Title IX “Other Relevant Information”, and Title X “Increases and
Capital Reductions and Right of Withdrawal of Contributors” of the Regulation
Internal Fund”;
Attended to Ordinary Office N*81.975 dated October 27, 2022 of the Commission
for the Financial Market, which instructed this Administrator to proceed with the
liquidation of the Fund since it is not complying with the
requirement of minimum assets enshrined in Article 5 of Law No. 20,712,
decide on the procedure for the liquidation of the Fund, the designation of
liquidator, the determination of his powers, duties and remuneration; and
Adopt such other agreements as may be necessary to implement the decisions of
the Assembly.
RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ASSEMBLY
The Contributors who are registered at the Assembly shall have the right to participate in the Assembly.
in the Registrar of Contributors at midnight of the fifth business day prior to the date of
its celebration.
SYSTEM FOR REMOTE PARTICIPATION AND VOTING IN MEETINGS OF CONTRIBUTORS.
In view of the restrictions imposed by the national authorities in respect of the
displacement and gatherings of people, based on the “Covid-19” pandemic and having
present the provisions of General Standard No. 435 and Circular No.
1.141 both of the Commission for the Financial Market, the Administrator has put to
Disposition of the gentlemen contributing technological means so that they can
participate and vote in the Assemblies.

The qualification of proxies, if applicable, shall take place on the same day of the Meeting, in the
place where it is to be held and at the time it is to begin.
