Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N*
20.712 and in articles 9 and 10 of Law N* 18.045 of Securities Market, we communicate
as an ESSENTIAL FACT, that, on April 28, 2023, the Meeting was held
Ordinary Shareholders of HMC S.A. Administradora General de Fondos, hereinafter the
“Administrator”, in which the following subjects were approved, among others, the following matters, the report
annual, balance sheet, financial statements and report of the external auditors for the
year ended December 31, 2022 and appointed KPMG Auditores Consultores
Limited as an external audit firm for the year 2023.
