Ref. Notifies the celebration of the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors
HMC Global Equity Mutual Fund.
Dear Sir or Madam,
Hereby and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No.
20,712 and the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 of the Securities Market Law,
we hereby communicate as an ESSENTIAL FACT of the “HMC RV Global Mutual Fund”.
(hereinafter, the “Fund”), as follows:
At the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Fund held on May 18, 2009, the
The following matters, among others, were approved this year:
(i) The annual account of the Fund and its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2004.
December 2022;
(ii) The following were elected as members of the Fund’s Oversight Committee for the fiscal year
2023 to Mr. Hernán Guerrero Hinojosa, Mr. Allan Schlesinger Con and Mr. Roberto
Perales González, establishing his budget, expenses and remuneration;
(iii) PKF was appointed as the external audit firm for fiscal year 2023; and (iv) PKF was appointed as the external audit firm for fiscal year 2023.
(iv) An independent expert or appraiser has been appointed to appraise the
investments of the Fund for fiscal year 2023 to the firm Analytics Lab.
