Ref.: Rectifies ESSENTIAL FACT reported on April 6, 2021 of the
Investment HMC Private Debt Pesos.
From our consideration,
By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N* 20,712 and to
the provisions of articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, we come to rectify
the ESSENTIAL FACT reported on April 7 of this year, regarding the “Investment Fund”
HMC Deuda Privada Pesos”, in the sense of pointing out that, due to an involuntary error, it was pointed out that the
The provisional dividend to be paid would be the sum of 20,331,009 pesos and would be paid to each Contributor of
Series A would be the sum of 17.3266129595 pesos for each subscribed and paid quota held of said
Series in the Fund and Series X Contributors would be paid the sum of 17.5993493119 pesos for
each subscribed and paid instalment held by it in the Fund on such instalment, on which occasion it should have been
indicated that the total amount to be distributed as a provisional dividend is the sum of 23,830,209 pesos and
that each Series A Contributor would receive the sum of 20.3087219177 pesos for each quota subscribed and
paid by it from that Series in the Fund and Series X Contributors would receive the sum of
20.6283993267 pesos for each subscribed and paid quota held of said Series in the Fund
