Ref.: Reports ESSENTIAL FACT indicating the Investment Fund HMC Private Debt Pesos
administered by HMC S.A. Administradora General de Fondos.
From our consideration,
In Extraordinary Session of the Board of Directors of HMC S.A. Administradora General de Fondos,
agreed to the distribution of a provisional dividend from the HMC Debt Investment Fund
Privada Pesos, charged to the results of the year 2022, amounting to the total sum of
$20,331,009 pesos. By virtue of the foregoing, each Series A Contributor will receive the sum of
17.3266129595 pesos for each subscribed and paid quota held of said Series in the Fund
and Series X Contributors will receive the sum of 17.5993493119 pesos for each installment
subscribed and paid of said Series in the Fund
This provisional dividend will be paid in cash and in pesos as of April 12,
2022, at the offices of the Administrator, located at Av. Amerigo Vespucci North number
2500, office 401, commune of Vitacura, Santiago, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and
will be entitled to collect it from any Contributor registered in the Register of Contributors to the
midnight on the fifth working day preceding the date on which payment is due. No
notwithstanding the foregoing, Contributors who so state in writing within 3 days
run prior to the date of payment of the dividend, may choose to receive all or part
of the dividends due to them, through contributions released from the Fund. For
these effects, the value of the Fund to be used in this capitalization will be that of the day
immediately prior to the date of payment.
