administered by HMC S.A. Administradora General de Fondos.

By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N*
20.712 and articles 9 and 10 second paragraph of Law N* 18.045, I come to communicate to
You as an ESSENTIAL FACT as follows:
It is communicated to the Contributors that in Extraordinary Session of the Board of Directors of HMC
S.A. Administradora General de Fondos, agreed to distribute a dividend
interim investment fund HMC PNTN, charged to the results for the year
2022, amounting to the total amount of $877,500.00. By virtue of the foregoing, each
Contributor will receive the sum of $0.0179315782 for each fee subscribed and paid in the
Background.
This interim dividend shall be paid in cash and in United States dollars of
America, as of November 10, 2022, at the offices of the Administrator,
located in Av. Vespucio Norte number 2500, office 401, commune of Vitacura, Santiago,
Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and will be entitled to collect it all Contributor
registered in the Contributors’ Register at midnight on the fifth business day preceding the
Date on which payment is due.
