From our consideration,
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N*
20.712 and articles 9 and 10 second paragraph of Law No. 18.045, I come to communicate to you
as an ESSENTIAL FACT the following:
It is communicated to the Contributors that in Extraordinary Session of the Board of Directors of HMC
S.A. Administradora General de Fondos, agreed to distribute a provisional dividend
of the HMC Pearl Diver VII Investment Fund, charged to the results of the financial year 2022,
totalling $140,000.00. By virtue of the foregoing, each Contributor of
the BP Series will receive the sum of $0.0107493925 for each installment subscribed and paid that
holds in that Series in the Fund and each Series 1 Contributor shall receive the sum of
$0.0119284009 for each subscribed and paid instalment held in that Series in the Fund.
This interim dividend shall be paid in cash and in United States dollars of
America, as of June 15, 2022, at the offices of the Administrator, located
in Av. Vespucio Norte number 2500, office 401, commune of Vitacura, Santiago, from Monday to
Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and will be entitled to collect it all Contributor registered in the
Registration of Contributors at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the due date
