Ref. Notification of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Meeting of Contributors
HMC Pearl Diver VII Mutual Fund.
Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N*
20.712 and the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market,
hereby announces as an ESSENTIAL EVENT of the “HMC Pearl Investment Fund”.
Diver VIT” (hereinafter referred to as the “Eondo”), the following:
A) At the Ordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors held on May 26,
2022, the following subjects were approved, among others:
1) The annual account of the Fund and its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2006, and its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2007.
December 2021;
(2) Elected as members of the Audit Committee of the Fund for the financial year
2022 to Mr. Allan Jose Schlesinger Con, Hernan Santiago Guerrero Hinojosa
and Marcelo Andres Reyes Medina, setting his budget, expenses and remuneration;
3) HLB Surlatina was appointed as an external audit firm for the year 2022;

4) Was appointed as an independent expert or valuer to value the investments of the
Fund for the year 2022 to the firm Pivot Advisors.
B) At the Extraordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors also held on 18
May 2022, it was approved to modify the duration of the Fund establishing its duration until
on August 31, 2024, in the terms contained in the document to be deposited
together with the consolidated text of the Fund’s rules of procedure.
