Ref. Notifies the celebration of the Extraordinary and Ordinary Assembly of Contributors
HMC Pearl Diver V Mutual Fund – In Liquidation.
Dear Sir or Madam,
Hereby and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No.
20,712 and the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 of the Securities Market Law,
hereby announces as an ESSENTIAL EVENT of the “HMC Pearl Investment Fund”.
Diver V- In Liquidation” (hereinafter, the “Fund”), the following:
1. At the Extraordinary Meeting of Contributors of the Fund held on second summons
on May 18 of this year, the following matters, among others, were discussed:
to take cognizance of the dissolution of the Fund, to appoint HMC S.A. Administradora
General de Fondos as its liquidator, endowing him with its powers and
establishing the terms under which the liquidation of the
same.
2. At the Ordinary Meeting of Contributors of the Fund held on the second summons
also on May 18 of this year, the following, among others, were approved
matters:
(1) The annual account of the Fund and its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2006 are presented in the following table.

(2) The following were elected as members of the Fund’s Oversight Committee for the fiscal year
2023 to Mr. Allan Schlesinger Con, Mr. Hernán Guerrero Hinojosa and Mr. Marcelo
Reyes Medina, establishing his budget, expenses and remuneration.
(3) Surlatina was appointed as external audit firm for fiscal year 2023; and,
(4) An independent expert or appraiser was appointed to appraise the investments.
