From our consideration,
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N*
20.712 and articles 9 and 10 second paragraph of Law N* 18.045, I come to communicate to
You as an ESSENTIAL FACT as follows:
In Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the HMC Pearl Diver Investment Fund V that
HMC S.A. Administradora General de Fondos administers, held on April 14
of 2022, the distribution of 100% of the net profits received during the
Fiscal year 2021. By virtue of the foregoing, the Fund will distribute the sum of USD 116,000.00.-
as a definitive dividend. By virtue of the foregoing, each BP Series Contributor
Receive the amount of $0.044926953 for each subscribed and paid assessment in its possession of
said Series in the Fund.
This dividend shall be paid in cash and in United States dollars, at
count from April 22, 2022, at the offices of the Administrator, located in
Avenida Américo Vespucio Norte N*2500, oficina 401, Vitacura, Santiago, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
hours and will be entitled to collect it every Contributor registered in the Register of Contributors to the
midnight on the fifth working day preceding the date on which payment is due.
