Ref. Notifies the celebration of the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors
Fondo de Inversión HMC Pearl Diver V.
Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N*
20.712 and the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market,
hereby announces as an ESSENTIAL EVENT of the “HMC Pearl Investment Fund”.
Diver V” (hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”), the following:
At the Ordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors held on April 14, 2022,
approved, among others, the following subjects:
1) The annual account of the Fund and its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2006, and its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2007.
December 2021;
2) It was approved to distribute 100% of net profits as a final dividend
received, the provisional dividends paid during the financial year being charged to them
2021, which will be paid within a maximum period of 30 days from this date.
3) Elected as members of the Fund’s Audit Committee for the financial year 2022
Allan Schlesinger Con, Hernán Guerrero Hinojosa and Marcelo Reyes
Medina, setting his budget, expenses and remuneration;
4) Surlatina was appointed as an external audit firm for the year 2022; and
5) Was appointed as an independent expert or valuer to value the investments of the
Fund for the year 2022 to the firm Pivot Advisor.
