By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N?
20.712 and articles 9 and 10 second paragraph of Law N* 18.045, I come to communicate to
You as an ESSENTIAL FACT as follows:
In Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Investment Fund HMC Multifamily US that
HMC S.A. Administradora General de Fondos administers, held on May 26
of 2022, the distribution of 30% of the net profits received during the
Fiscal year 2021. By virtue of the foregoing, the Fund will distribute the sum of USD $404,000.- in
Character of definitive dividend. Accordingly, each Series U Contributor will receive the
$0.01683333333 for each outstanding instalment of that Series
in the Fund.
This dividend shall be paid in cash and in United States dollars, at
count from June 23, 2022, at the offices of the Administrator, located in
Avenida Américo Vespucio Norte N*2500, oficina 401, Vitacura, Santiago, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
hours and will be entitled to collect it every Contributor registered in the Register of Contributors to the
midnight on the fifth working day preceding the date on which payment is due.
