Ref. Notifies the celebration of the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors
HMC Multifamily US TH Mutual Fund.
Dear Sir or Madam,
Hereby and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No.
20,712 and the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 of the Securities Market Law,
hereby announces as an ESSENTIAL FACT of the “HMC Investment Fund”.
Multifamily US HT” (hereinafter, the “Fund”), the following:
At the Ordinary Meeting of the Fund’s Contributors held on the second call on the 18th
In May of this year, the following matters, among others, were approved:
(i) The annual account of the Fund and its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2004.
December 2022;
(ii) The following were elected as members of the Fund’s Oversight Committee for the fiscal year
2023 to Mr. Hernán Guerrero Hinojosa, Mr. Claudio Chacón Verne and Mr. Juan José
Bulnes Valdés, establishing his budget, expenses and remuneration;
(iii) Surlatina was appointed as external audit firm for fiscal year 2023;

(iv) An independent expert or appraiser has been appointed to appraise the
investments of the Fund for fiscal year 2023 to the firm Analytics Labs.
