From our consideration,
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N*
20.712 and articles 9 and 10 second paragraph of Law N* 18.045, I come to communicate to
You as an ESSENTIAL FACT as follows:
It is communicated to the Contributors that in Extraordinary Session of the Board of Directors of
HMC S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administradora”), it was agreed to distribute
an interim dividend from the HMC Multifamily US III Investment Fund (the “Fund”),
charged to the results of the year 2022, amounting to the total sum of 92,055.71
Dollars. Pursuant to the foregoing, each BD Series Contributor will receive the sum of
$0.0049182654 for each subscribed and paid instalment held in that Series in the
Fund, each BP Series Contributor will receive the sum of $0.0049179809 for each
subscribed and paid share held in said Series in the Fund, each Series 1 Contributor
Receive the amount of $0.0049671757 for each subscribed and paid share in
said Series in the Fund and each Contributor of Series X will receive the sum of 0.0049718749
dollars for each share subscribed and paid held in that Series in the Fund.
This interim dividend shall be paid in cash and in United States dollars of
America, as of November 3, 2022, at the offices of the Administrator,
located in Av. Vespucio Norte number 2500, office 401, commune of Vitacura,
Santiago, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and will have the right to charge everything
Contributor registered in the Contributor Registry at midnight on the fifth business day
prior to the date on which payment is due.
