Ref.: Rectifies ESSENTIAL FACT reported on April 6, 2021 of the
HMC Investment Global Private Debt.
From our consideration,
By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N* 20,712 and to
the provisions of articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, we come to rectify
the ESSENTIAL FACT reported on April 7 of this year, regarding the “Investment Fund”
HMC Global Private Debt”, in the sense of pointing out that, due to an unintentional error, it was pointed out that
the provisional dividend to be paid would be the sum of USD 206,489.22 and would be paid to each Contributor
of Series A would be the amount of $0.0206704206 for each subscribed and paid instalment of
said Series in the Fund, the BP Series Contributors would be paid the sum of 0.0230341407
dollars for each share subscribed and paid of said Series in the Fund, to the Contributors of the
Series X would be paid the sum of $0.0246215326 for each subscribed and paid installment in their possession.
of that Series in the Fund and Series 1 Contributors would be paid the sum of 0.0180980065
dollars for each subscribed and paid share of that Series in the Fund, on which occasion it owed
It has been indicated that the total amount to be distributed as a provisional dividend is the sum of 245,581.22
dollars and that each Series A Contributor would receive the sum of 0.0245836909 pesos for each installment
subscribed and paid from that Series in the Fund, the BP Series Contributors would receive the sum
of 0.0273949043 pesos for each subscribed and paid quota held of said Series in the Fund, the
Series X contributor would receive the sum of 0.0292828170 pesos for each installment subscribed and paid
that holds such Series in the Fund and Series I Contributors would receive the sum of 0.0215242740
pesos for each subscribed and paid quota held by said Series in the Fund.
