From our consideration,
By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N* 20,712 and to
the provisions of articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, we communicate in
character of ESSENTIAL FACT, the following:
In Extraordinary Meeting of the Board of Directors of HMC S.A. Administradora General de Fondos, it was agreed
the distribution of an interim dividend from the HMC Global Private Debt Investment Fund, with
charge to the results of the year 2022, amounting to the total sum of USD 206,489.22. By virtue of
of the above, each Series A Contributor will receive the sum of 0.0206704206 dollars for each installment
subscribed and paid by it holds of said Series in the Fund, the BP Series Contributors will receive the
an amount of $0.0230341407 for each subscribed and paid instalment of that Series in the
Fund, Series X Contributors will receive the sum of $0.0246215326 for each installment
subscribed and paid holding of said Series in the Fund and Series I Contributors shall receive the sum
of $0.0180980065 for each subscribed and paid instalment held by it from that Series in the Fund.
This interim dividend shall be paid in cash and in United States dollars to
count from April 12, 2022, at the offices of the Administrator, located at Av. Americo
Vespucio Norte number 2500, office 401, commune of Vitacura, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00
at 6:00 p.m. and will be entitled to collect it from any Contributor registered in the Register of Contributors to the
midnight on the fifth working day preceding the date on which payment is due. However,
above, the Contributors who so state in writing within the 3 calendar days prior to the
Date of payment of the dividend, they may choose to receive all or part of the dividends that they
correspond through depaid contributions from the Fund. For these purposes, the quota value of the
Fund to be used in this capitalization will be that of the day immediately prior to the date of payment.
