Situations IV-Global Distressed Debt, managed by HMC S.A. Administradora

By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N*
20.712 and articles 9 and 10 second paragraph of Law No. 18.045, I come to communicate to you
as an ESSENTIAL FACT the following:
It is communicated to the Contributors that in Extraordinary Session of the Board of Directors of HMC
S.A. Administradora General de Fondos, agreed to distribute a provisional dividend
of the Investment Fund HMC ARES Special Situations IV-Global Distressed Debt, charged
to the results of the year 2023, amounting to the total amount of 3,490,000.00 dollars. In
By virtue of the above, each Series C Contributor will receive the sum of $0.2861714967.
for each quota subscribed and paid that it holds in said Series in the Fund and each Contributor of
Series 1 will receive the sum of $0.0345278395 for each installment subscribed and paid that
has in that Series in the Fund.
This interim dividend shall be paid in cash and in United States dollars of
America, as of March 6, 2023, at the offices of the Administrator, located
in Av. Vespucio Norte number 2500, office 401, commune of Vitacura, Santiago, from Monday to
Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and will be entitled to collect it all Contributor registered in the
Registration of Contributors at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the due date
