Ref.: Informs ESSENTIAL FACT indicating the Investment Fund HMC ARES Special
Situations IV-Global Distressed Debt, managed by HMC S.A. Administradora
General Funds.
From our consideration,
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N*
20.712 and articles 9 and 10 second paragraph of Law No. 18.045, I come to communicate to you
as an ESSENTIAL FACT the following:
It is communicated to the gentlemen Contributors that in Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Fund
HMC ARES Special Situations IV-Global Distressed Debt, which manages
HMC S.A. Administradora General de Fondos, held on May 18, 2022,
agreed to distribute 100% of the net profits received during 2021.
By virtue of the foregoing, the Fund will distribute the sum of USD 815,500.00 as
Final dividend. Accordingly, each Series C Contributor will receive the sum of
$0.0674463544 for each subscribed and paid instalment held in that Series in the Fund
and each Series 1 Contributor will receive the sum of $0.0080668419 for each installment
subscribed and paid in such Series in the Fund.
This final dividend shall be paid in cash and in United States dollars of
America, as of June 6, 2022, at the offices of the Administrator, located
in Av. Vespucio Norte number 2500, office 401, commune of Vitacura, Santiago, from Monday to
Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and will be entitled to collect it all Contributor registered in the
Registration of Contributors at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the due date
