Ref. Communicates summons to Ordinary Assembly of Contributors
Investment Fund HMC IFB Capital Preferente IT – In Liquidation.
Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N*
20.712 and the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market,
we communicate as an ESSENTIAL FACT, the following:
By agreement of the board of directors of HMC S.A. Administradora General de Fondos, who acts in
its capacity as liquidator, was summoned to Ordinary Assembly of Contributors of the “Investment Fund”
HMC IFB Capital Preferente II – In Liquidation” (hereinafter, the “Fund”, to be held in
First summons on May 19, 2022, at 11:00 a.m., at the offices located in
