By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N*
20.712 and the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market,
we communicate as an ESSENTIAL FACT of the “HMC Global Investment Fund”
Real Estate Income” (hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”), the following:
In Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors of the Fund held on January 17,
2023, it was approved to modify the internal regulations of the Fund, in the terms contained in the
Document to be deposited together with the consolidated text of the Rules of Procedure
of the Fund.
