Re: Informs about the ESSENTIAL EVENT of the HMC CVC Investment Fund, managed by HMC S.A. Administradora General de Fondos.

By means of the present document, and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 and Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law No. 18,045, I hereby inform you of the following as an ESSENTIAL FACT:
At an Extraordinary Board of Directors’ Meeting of HMC S.A. Administradora General de Fondos, it was agreed to distribute an interim dividend of the HMC CVC Investment Fund, charged to the results of fiscal year 2023, amounting to the total sum of 8,000,000.02 Euros. By virtue of the foregoing, each Contributor will receive the sum of 0.054642525880 Euros for each share subscribed and paid in the Fund.
This interim dividend will be paid in cash and in Euros, as of May 23, 2023, at the offices of the Administrator, located at Av. Américo Vespucio Norte 2500, office 401, Vitacura, Santiago, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and any Contributor registered in the Contributors’ Registry shall be entitled to collect it at midnight of the fifth business day prior to the date on which the payment must be made.
