Ref.: Reports ESSENTIAL FACT indicating the Investment Fund HMC CVC,
administered by HMC S.A. Administradora General de Fondos.
From our consideration,
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N*
20.712 and articles 9 and 10 second paragraph of Law No. 18.045, I come to communicate to you
as an ESSENTIAL FACT the following:
In Extraordinary Session of the Board of Directors of HMC S.A. Administradora General de Fondos,
agreed to the distribution of a provisional dividend from the HMC CVC Investment Fund, with
charge to the results of the financial year 2023, amounting to the total sum of 3,825,000.00 Euros.
By virtue of the above, each Contributor will receive the sum of 0.0261259874 Euros for each
quota subscribed and paid into the Fund.
This provisional dividend will be paid in cash and in Euros, as of February 14
of 2023, in the offices of the Administrator, located at Av. Amerigo Vespucci North
number 2500, office 401, commune of Vitacura, Santiago, Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
hours and will be entitled to collect it every Contributor registered in the Register of Contributors to the
midnight on the fifth working day preceding the date on which payment is due.
