Ref. Notifies the celebration of the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors
HMC CVC Mutual Fund.
Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N*
20.712 and the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18.045 on the Securities Market,
hereby discloses as a material fact the “HMC CVC Mutual Fund” (in Spanish, “Fondo de Inversión HMC CVC”) (in
here, the “Fund”, the following:
At the Ordinary Assembly of Fund Contributors held on May 18, 2022,
The following subjects were approved, among others:
1) The annual account of the Fund and its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2006, and its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2007.
December 2021;
2) Elected as members of the Fund’s Audit Committee for the financial year 2022
Christian Guillermo Schiessler García, Rodrigo Ernesto Ravilet Llanos and
Jorge Iván Sepúlveda Torres, setting his budget, expenses and remuneration;
3) HLB Surlatina was appointed as an external audit firm for the year 2022; and
4) Was appointed as an independent expert or valuer to value the investments of the
Fund for the year 2022 to the firms Carrillo% Asociados and Asesorías M31.
