Ref. Communicates summons to Ordinary and Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors
Investment Fund HMC_CIP VIT Global Secondaries.
Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of the present and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N* 20,712 and to
the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market, we communicate in
character of ESSENTIAL FACT, the following:
By agreement of the board of directors of HMC S.A. Administradora General de Fondos, the Assembly was summoned
Ordinary and Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors of the “Investment Fund HMC CIP HIV Global
Secondaries” (hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”), as follows:
1. Ordinary Assembly of Contributors:
In first summons, to be held on May 17, 2023, at 11:00 a.m., in the offices located
in Av. Américo Vespucio Norte N* 2500, oficina 401, commune of Vitacura, Santiago, in order to
Deal with matters of their knowledge.
2. Extraordinary Assembly of Contributors:
In first summons, to be held on May 17, 2023, immediately following the
Ordinary Assembly of Contributors, in the offices located at Av. Amerigo Vespucci Norte N* 2500,
office 401, commune of Vitacura, Santiago, in order to agree on a voluntary and partial reduction
of capital in the Fund and, adopt such other arrangements as may be necessary to implement the
decisions of the Assembly.
It is noted that, in accordance with the provisions of General Standard No. 435 and the Office
Circular N* 1141, both of the Commission for the Financial Market will allow remote assistance
to the assemblies. In accordance with the above, it was agreed and approved the use of technological means and
Procedures necessary to prove the identity of persons participating remotely in
them or their power, as the case may be, and their vote, which will be duly communicated in the summons
relevant.
The qualification of powers, if applicable, shall be made on the same day as the respective meeting, in the
place where it is to be held and at the time it is to begin.
