Ref.: Informs ESSENTIAL FACT that indicates the Investment Fund HMC CIP VIT IL, administered by HMC S.A. General Fund Administrator.

By means of the present document, and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 and Articles 9 and 10, second paragraph, of Law No. 18,045, I hereby inform you of the following as an ESSENTIAL FACT:
The Contributors are informed that at the Extraordinary Session of the Board of Directors of HMC S.A. Administradora General de Fondos, it was agreed to distribute a provisional dividend from the Investment Fund HMC CIP VIT II, charged to the results of the year 2023, amounting to the total sum of 475,000.00 dollars. By virtue of the foregoing, each Contributor will receive the sum of 0.0404567955 dollars for each quota subscribed and paid into the Fund.
This provisional dividend will be paid in cash and in dollars of the United States of America, as of May 30, 2023, at the offices of the Administrator, located at Av. Vespucio Norte 2500, office 401, Vitacura, Santiago, from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and any Contributor registered in the Contributors’ Registry shall have the right to collect it by midnight of the fifth business day prior to the date on which payment is due.
This essential fact refers exclusively to the distribution of a provisional dividend from the Investment Fund HMC CIP VIT II, managed by HMC S.A. Administradora General de Fondos, and should not be interpreted as an investment recommendation.
