Ref. Notifies the celebration of the Ordinary Assembly of Contributors
HMC Andean Private Debt Investment Fund.
Dear Sir or Madam,
By means of the present document and in compliance with the provisions of Article 18 of Law No. 20,712 and Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 of the Securities Market Law, we hereby communicate as an ESSENTIAL FACT of the “Fondo de Inversión HMC Deuda Privada Andina” (hereinafter, the “Fund”), the following:
At the Ordinary Meeting of Contributors of the Fund held on May 18 of this year, the following matters, among others, were approved:
(i) The Fund’s annual account and financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2022;
(ii) Mr. Hugo Caneo Ormazabal, Mr. Patricio Eguiguren Muñoz and Mr. Hernan Guerrero Hinojosa were elected as members of the Fund’s Oversight Committee for the 2023 fiscal year, establishing their budget, expenses and remuneration; and,
(iii) Grant Thornton was appointed as external audit firm for fiscal year 2023.
