PRIVADA ANDINA, managed by HMC S.A. General Administrator of
Funds.
From our consideration,
By means of the present, and in compliance with the provisions of article 18 of Law N*
20.712 and articles 9 and 10 second paragraph of Law N* 18.045, I come to communicate to
You as an ESSENTIAL FACT as follows:
It is communicated to the Contributors that in Extraordinary Session of the Board of Directors of HMC
S.A. Administradora General de Fondos (the “Administradora”), it was agreed to distribute a
interim dividend of the Investment Fund HMC DEUDA PRIVADA ANDINA (the
“Fund”), charged to the results of the financial year 2022, amounting to the total sum of
$220,000.01. By virtue of the foregoing, each Series A Contributor will receive the sum
of $0.0079680005 for each subscribed and paid instalment held in that Series in the
Fund and each Series X Contributor will receive the sum of $0.0079743853 for each
subscribed and paid share held in said Series in the Fund.
This interim dividend shall be paid in cash and in United States dollars of
America, as of December 1, 2022, at the offices of the Administrator,
located in Av. Vespucio Norte number 2500, office 401, commune of Vitacura,
Santiago, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and will have the right to charge everything
Contributor registered in the Contributor Registry at midnight on the fifth business day
prior to the date on which payment is due.
