Duly authorized by Hipotecaria La Construcción S.A., a company registered in the
Special Registry of Agents Administrators of Endorsable Mutual Mortgages AAMHE
No. 3 (the “Company”), and pursuant to Section II(3)(m)
of General Rule No 136 of the Commission for the Financial Market
(“CMF”), I report the following relevant fact:
As a result of an internal investigation, evidence of manipulation has been detected
in the accounting of liabilities of the Company affecting the account “Mutual mortgages
for paying real estate sellers.” Preliminarily it is estimated that this account will be
