Special Registry of Agents Administrators of Endorsable Mutual Mortgages N* A-
003 (the “Company”, and by virtue of the provisions of point 3 of section II of the Standard
General Commission No. 136 of the Commission for the Financial Market (the “CMF”), informed
The following relevant fact:
As of April 27, 2022, Hipotecaria La Construcción S.A., EFC II Capital SpA and EFC
III Capital SpA entered into a purchase agreement for shares issued by EF
Securitizadora S.A., under which: (i) Hipotecaria La Construcción S.A. sold to EFC
II Capital SpA, 4,899 shares issued by EF Securitizadora S.A., equivalent to 48.99%
of its subscribed and paid-up capital; and (ii) Hipotecaria La Construcción S.A. sold to EFC III
Capital SpA, 1 share issued by EF Securitizadora S.A., equivalent to 0.01% of its capital
subscribed and paid. In this way, Hipotecaria La Construcción S.A. has ceased to be
shareholder of EF Securitizadora S.A.
