Ref.: informs essential fact.
From our consideration:
Duly authorized by Hipotecaria La Construcción Leasing S.A., registered company
in the Special Register of Reporting Entities N* 110 (the “Company”), and by virtue of the
provided for in Article 9 and paragraph 2* of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045, in numeral 2.3.2
of the General Standard N? 364 of 2014, and in number 4, letter A of number 2.2
of Section II of General Standard N? 30, I report the following essential fact:
As a result of an internal investigation, evidence of manipulation has been detected
in the accounting of liabilities of the Company affecting the “Account payable to sellers
of real estate.” Preliminarily it is estimated that this account would be increased by
Approximately 55 thousand development units.
Despite this increase, the Company’s debt ratio would not exceed the range
referred to in Article 22 of Law No. 19,281, and the Company’s assets exceed
Broadly the minimum required by the same standard.
Finally, it is reported that the Board of Directors instructed the initiation of an external investigation and
independent of determining the origin and extent of this dispute, which is
