In accordance with the provisions of article 9 and second paragraph of article 10 of Law N*
18.045 on the Securities Market, and in accordance with the provisions of the Securities Market Standard
General Character N*30, duly authorized and on behalf of Hipermarc S.A. (the
“Company”) I have come to communicate to you the following information that at the discretion of the
Company is an essential or relevant fact with respect to the company and its
values:
In relation to the related party transaction consisting of the lease or
temporary assignment to Hipermarc of the business of distribution and commercialization of vehicles
Light motorized and motorcycles for the Chilean market developed under the protection of the
Cidef brand replacing related companies, including technical services,
guarantees and spare parts, the company received the opinions from directors ordering the
Article 147 numbers $ and 6 of the Law on Corporations.
The aforementioned opinions are available to shareholders as of this date in
the Offices and on the Company’s website.
