From our consideration:
Duly authorized by the Board of Directors of Help Seguros de Vida S.A. (the
“Company”), in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of Market Law No. 18,045
of Securities and the provisions of Circular N * 991 and 662, we communicate as a Fact
Essential of the Society, the following:
At today’s regular meeting of the Board of Directors, the Board accepted the
resignation presented by the Director Mr. José Tomás Robinson Sylleros, who continues in
his duties within the parent company of the Company, and appointed in his replacement, in accordance with
to subsection 4? of Article 32 of Law N*18,046, to Mr. Nicolás Cabello Eterovic.
The Society thanks Mr. Tomás Robinson for his work and commitment
professional as a member of the Board of Directors.
Likewise, in the aforementioned session, Mr. Santiago Salazar Sierra resigned from the position of
Chairman of the Board, having elected Mr. Nicolás Cabello Eterovic as new
Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company.
