(the “Company”), in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 of
Stock Market and the provisions of Circular N*991, we communicate to you in
of Essential Fact the following:
At a Board meeting held today, the restructuring was approved
of the Technical Sub-Management, becoming the Technical Management of the Company.
As a result of this change, Mrs. Marcela Corrales Avilés who has fulfilled
an outstanding work in the organization as Technical Assistant Manager, will assume the
position of Technical Manager of Help Seguros.
