In accordance with the provisions of Articles 9 and 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market and,
the provisions contained in Circular N*991 of this Commission for the Financial Market
(“CMF”) and, being duly authorized to do so, I communicate as an essential fact of
Help Seguros de Vida S.A (the “Company”) the following:
At the Board meeting held on the same date, it was agreed to issue 1,438,734,473 shares.
of payment, of the same series and without nominal value, charged to the capital increase agreed at the Meeting
