Duly empowered and in accordance with the provisions of Articles 9″ and 10? of Law No. 18.045
of the Securities Market and the provisions of Circular No. 662 of the Commission for the Market
Financial, we inform you as a Relevant Fact that, on January 20,
2023, Help Seguros de Vida S.A. (the “Company”) has been awarded Public Tender ID 5240-111-
LR22 consisting of the contracting of supplementary health insurance for the staff of
Carabineros de Chile and their family charges, for the period 2023-2026, in accordance with the
Exempt Resolution No. 08 of the Carabineros de Chile (National Directorate of Personnel, Directorate of
Health), and which has been published in the Public Procurement information system,
www.mercadopublico.cl.
The terms and conditions of the award can be found on the aforementioned public procurement site,
and the Company will proceed to comply with the bidding rules to hold the respective
contracts.
