From our consideration:
Duly authorized by the Board of Directors of the company Help Seguros de Vida S.A. (the “Company”),
in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 of Law No. 18,045 on the Securities Market and
provided in Circular N* 991, we inform you as an Essential Fact that, in session
Extraordinary Board of Directors held on May 4, 2022, the following was agreed:
1. To appoint Mr. Santiago Salazar Sierra as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company.
2. Mr. Javier Eguiguren Tagle, will serve as General Manager until May 23
of this year, date in which Mrs. Carolina Guzmán Tanaka will assume as new
General Manager of Help Seguros. Carolina is an Industrial Civil Engineer, and has a
Outstanding professional career, with more than 15 years of experience in the industry
insurance.
The Society thanks Mr. Eguiguren for his valuable contribution to the Society, and wishes him the
greater success in his new professional challenges within the Banmédica Group.
