Dear Sir or Madam:
Hereby and duly authorized, I come to inform that at the Ordinary Meeting
of Shareholders of HDI Seguros de Garantía y Crédito S.A, held on April 6,
2022, it was agreed, among other matters, the following:
. Approve the report, balance sheet, financial statements and report of external auditors
corresponding to the year ended December 31, 2021.
– Approve the payment of a mandatory minimum final dividend N218 of $0.7021 (zero coma
seven thousand twenty-one pesos) per share in the amount of $254,980,056, charged and
equivalent to approximately 30% of the profits for the year as of December 31,
2021.
It was also agreed that the dividend N%18 indicated will be paid in cash on April 20.

Las Condes, Santiago.
Shareholders who hold shares, registered in the
Registration of Shareholders at midnight on the fifth business day prior to the established date
for payment, namely on April 12, 2022.
Attached is a form as instructed in Circular 660 and a copy of the notice published with
this same date in the Electronic Newspaper El Líbero www. ellibero.cl.
. Appoint Messrs. PriceWaterhouseCoopers Consultores Auditores SpA as a company
of external audit for the review of the financial statements for the year 2022.
