ADMINISTRADORA DE FONDOS DE PENSIONES HABITAT S.A. (“Habitat”), a company registered under No. 51 in the Securities Registry kept by the Superintendence, by virtue of the provisions of Article 9 and second paragraph of Article 10 of Law 18,045 and General Rule No. 30 of that Superintendence, hereby communicates, as a material fact with respect to the Company, its business, its public offering securities or the offer thereof, the following:
In an ordinary meeting of the board of directors of this date, the president of this Administrator, Mr. Cristián Rodríguez Allendes, made effective as of this date, the resignation that he had already announced last June and that was communicated by Hecho Esencial on the 23rd of the same month. Additionally, Mr. Gustavo Vicuña Molina resigned from this date to his position as director of the Administrator.
Subsequently, in an extraordinary session of this same date, the Board of Directors agreed to appoint Mr. Luis Rodríguez Villasuso Sario as the new director, replacing Mr. Cristián Rodríguez Allendes, who was also elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of this Administrator.
