ADMINISTRADORA DE FONDOS DE PENSIONES HABITAT S.A. (“Habitat”), a company registered under No. 51 in the Securities Registry kept by the Superintendence, by virtue of the provisions of Article 9 and second paragraph of Article 10 of Law 18,045 and General Rule No. 30 of that Superintendence, hereby communicates, as a material fact with respect to the Company, its business, its public offering securities or the offer thereof, the following:
Today the board of directors of Habitat has learned that its president Mr. Cristián Rodríguez Allendes informed that he will leave office at the end of July 2022 to assume the position of executive director of Administradora de Inversiones Previsionales (AlP) – AFP Habitat’s holding company – and the presidency of Administradora Americana de Inversiones S.A. (AAISA). a company of which Mr. Rodríguez is now manager.
In turn, it was learned that the president of AAISA, Mr. Luis Rodríguez Villasuso, will not run for re-election to the board of AAISA at the shareholders’ meeting called for July 21. The Board of Directors of Habitat announced its willingness to appoint Mr. Luis Rodríguez Villasuso as director of Habitat to replace Mr. Cristián Rodríguez A.
