COMPANY CORREDORES DE REASEGUROS SpA (the “Company”), a brokerage company of
reinsurance company domiciled in the Republic of Chile and duly registered in the Chilean Registry of
Auxiliaries to the Insurance Business conducted by the Financial Market Commission (the “Commission”).

Oficio:
(1) With respect to the appointment of an external audit firm pursuant to the
article 239 of Law No. 18,045 of the Securities Market Law, we hereby submit to the
Commission that, in accordance with Article Twenty-Third of the bylaws of the
Company, nor its administration, accounts, books and records shall be audited, except for the following
