Series C Bond Placement
In compliance with the provisions of article 9 and second paragraph of article 10 of the Law
N*18.045 on the Securities Market and in the Commission’s General Standard N*30
for the Financial Market (hereinafter, the “CMF”), duly authorized for this purpose, I come in
report the following to the market at large and to the CPM as a relative ESSENTIAL FACT
to GTD Grupo Teleductos S.A. (hereinafter, the “Company”), in order to disclose in a
truthful, sufficient and timely essential facts and information relating to her, her business and
securities issued by it which are the subject of a public offer, at the time when the
fact has occurred or has come to your knowledge:
As of today, the Company made its first placement in the local bond market
dematerialized and bearer charged to the 10-year line, registered in the Securities Registry
of the CPM under N* 1090, dated September 16, 2021, as follows:
– Series C bonds, issued under bond line N* 1090, in the amount of
UF 1,500,000.- (one million five hundred thousand Development Units), due on 1
September 2032. The placement interest rate was 4.40%.
The proceeds from the placement of the Series C Bonds will be allocated in at least one
eighty percent for the refinancing of the Company’s short- and long-term liabilities and/or
of its subsidiaries and the rest for the financing of the investment plan of the Company and others
corporate purposes of the Company and/or its subsidiaries.
