In accordance with Article 9? and 10? second paragraph of Law N? 18.045
and in the General Standard N? 475 and 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, duly
authorized to communicate to you, and to the market in general, as an Essential Fact of Grupo Mercados
Energéticos Consultores S.A., in liquidation (the “Company”), which in Extraordinary Meeting of
Shareholders of the Company, held on December 26, 2022, were adopted unanimously by the
voting shares, among others, the following agreements:
A) Approve the final account of the Liquidation Commission and the Final Balance Sheet;
B) Approve that there will be no distributions of the Company to the shareholders; and
C) Approve the request for cancellation of the registration of the Company in the Special Registry of
Reporting Entities.
