From our consideration,
In accordance with Article 9? and 10? second paragraph of Law No. 18,045
and in the General Standard N? 475 and 30 of the Commission for the Financial Market, duly
authorized to communicate to you, and to the market in general, as an Essential Fact of Grupo Mercados
Energéticos Consultores S.A., in liquidation (the “Company”), which in Session of the Liquidation Committee
of the Company, held today, it was agreed to summon the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of the
Company for the day on December 26, 2022 at 3:00 p.m., at the registered office located at
Isidora Goyenechea 3365, Office 501, commune of Las Condes, in order to know and pronounce
on the following subjects:
a) Submit to the approval of the shareholders the presentation of the final account of the Commission
Liquidator and the Final Account Balance;
b) Inform that there will be no distributions to shareholders as a result of the liquidation
c) Submit to the approval of the shareholders the request for cancellation of the registration of
the Company in the Special Register of Reporting Entities.
d) Adopt such other agreements as may be necessary or desirable to materialize, lead to
effect or supplement the resolutions of the Board.
