This communication is made pursuant to the provisions of article 9 “and second paragraph of the
Article 10? of Law N* 18,045, and which deals with an essential fact regarding the company, its business,
its public offering securities or the offering thereof; as well as considering Section ll, point
2.2 of General Standard No. 30 of the Financial Market Commission.
ESSENTIAL FACT
At the Board meeting held yesterday, it was unanimously agreed to pay a dividend
provisional charge to earnings for the current year of US$0.0014473 per share, which means
the total amount of US$10,000,596.82.-, to be paid as of November 24, 2022.
This dividend shall be paid in Chilean pesos or in United States dollars, at its option.
of the shareholder, in accordance with the procedure indicated below:
a) Those shareholders who elect to receive the payment of the dividend in United States dollars of
America, must expressly require the company, through a request sent to the
Department of Actions with no less than 5 business days in advance of the date of payment of the
dividend, via email accionistastdgen.cl. In this request, the data must be indicated

It will be understood that those shareholders who do not request the payment of the dividend in dollars in the form and
