This communication is made pursuant to the provisions of article 9 “and second paragraph of the
Article 10? of Law N* 18.045, and which deals with an essential fact with respect to society, its
business, its public offering securities or the offering thereof; as well as considering the
Section ll, point 2.2, of Commission General Market Standard No 30

ESSENTIAL FACT
Today, Friday, April 8, the Annual Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of this
company, where, in substance, the following agreements were adopted:
1. The Annual Report and Balance Sheet for the year ended December 31, 2021 was approved.
2. It was agreed to distribute the profit for the year 2021, absorbing the provisional dividend paid in
October 2021 and paying a dividend as of April 13, 2022 of US$0.0021709
per share, which means the total figure of US$15,000,549.73, equivalent to 30.54% of profit
of the year 2021 and allocate the remainder to the equity account of accumulated gains. The
dividend shall be paid in Chilean pesos or in United States dollars, at
Choice of shareholder, in accordance with the procedure indicated in the notice of summons published on
on March 23, 25 and 29, 2022, in the newspaper El Líbero.
3. The gentlemen were appointed as External Auditors for the year 2022

5. It was agreed to fix the remuneration of the Board of Directors in 28 Development Units for the concept of subsistence allowance
for attendance at sessions and 28 Development Units as representation expenses,
corresponding twice to the President and 1.5 times to the Vice-President. A
