From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of article nine of the Law
18.045 of the Securities Market, and in paragraph a of number V of the General Standard
N? 275 dated January 19, 2010 of the Superintendency of Securities and Insurance of Chile
(now Comisión para el Mercado Financiero), Grant Thornton Chile SpA (now Grant
Thornton Audit and Services Limited), a company registered under number 100 in the Register
of External Audit Firms, hereinafter also “Our Firm”, communicates the
following the market in general and the committee over which you preside, as “Done”
Relevant”:
That, through an Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders of Our
Signature dated December 5, 2022, the change of social type of it was approved,
transforming into a limited liability company, which, brought with it also,
a change in its corporate name, which became Grant Thornton Audit and Services
Limited.
Finally, it is noted that, once they have concluded
the procedures corresponding to said transformation and change of company name, a copy of
the relevant documents shall be forwarded to the Financial Market Commission,
for purposes of requesting the updating of the registration data of Our Firm in the
Register of External Audit Companies, specifically in relation to the type
of society and company name.
