From our consideration:
In compliance with the provisions of article nine of the Law
18.045 of the Securities Market, and in paragraph a of number V of the General Standard
N? 275 dated January 19, 2010 of the Superintendency of Securities and Insurance of Chile
(now Comisión para el Mercado Financiero), Grant Thornton Chile SpA, a registered company
with the number 100 in the Register of External Audit Companies, hereinafter also
“Our Firm” communicates the following to the market in general and to the commission that you
presides, as a “Relevant Fact”:
That, the Executive Committee of Our Firm has agreed and
accepted the incorporations as partners, of Mr. Nicolás Jesús Alegría Ojeda, identity card
national identity No. 16.472.413-1; by Mr. Rafael Alejandro Malla Osorio, identity card
national identity N* 12.148.380-7; by Mr. José Antonio Tapia Alucema, national identity card
identity N* 16.539.589-1; and Mr. Javier Alejandro Veloso Ríos, national identity card of
identity N* 16.337.523-0; which became effective on October 12, 2022.
Likewise, said committee has approved and accepted the withdrawal as
shareholder of the Firm, by the company TAAS GT SpA, sole tax role N?
77.423.596-5, which also became effective on October 12, 2022.
Finally, it is noted that, once they have concluded
the procedures corresponding to such incorporation and withdrawal, a copy of the documents
that are relevant will be forwarded to the Commission for the Financial Market, for the purposes of
request the updating of the registration data of Our Firm in the Registry of
External Audit Companies, specifically in relation to their share capital and
Ownership structure.
